Hello former classmates - Looking at the posted photos made me realize how sorry I am to have missed the reunion. I had intended on being there and was so looking forward to seeing Connie Lou and everyone else, however, an unexpected business trip sent me to Greeley, Colorado instead.
Looking at the photos, I was able to recognize most of the faces...a few are unfamiliar. Time has been good to you all.
Hard to believe that some of us are now grandparents. I have two children. My daughter is married and the mother of my two beautiful grandchildren, Dalton-5 and Alexis-2. Her third, Kaden, will join us sometime in January. My grandkids bring me more joy and happiness than any I have ever known. My son, Brandon, is single and likes to spend money too much to settle down. No hurry..he is only twenty-one. They all live in Roosevelt.
I am living in Salt Lake City. I am a licensed insurance agent employed with a local Farmers Insurance Agency. I have been in the insurance industry for twenty years now. I enjoy my job...it allows me to interact with people while doing what I do best--sell insurance.
I have been divorced from Brian Jenkins since 1999. I've spent the last five years focusing on my grandkids and Dalton has been and will always be my preferred date for Jazz games, movies, etc. I had no interest in a serious relationship until I met Chris eight months ago. He is from the Ogden area. He was a system administrator until last month when he was hired by Newfield as a pumper. He now lives in Roosevelt and though I didn't think I'd return to the Basin to live, I now scan the 'help wanted' section of the Uintah Basin Standard.
Would love to hear more about what has been happening in everyones world...
